Untroubled Lite

A self-paced programme for women who want to manage their emotions (especially anxiety) and improve their self esteem, reduce self-sabotaging behaviours like people-pleasing and procrastination.

By the end of these 9 modules you will have all the tools you need to calm strong emotions; set healthy boundaries with others; reduce overthinking and worrying; set aside time for self-care (and feel that you do deserve this); and talk more kindly to yourself so you generally feel more resilient.

Get 18 months access to the community group (hosted as a private and hidden Facebook group) where you can ask Dr Claire Plumbly questions (anonymously if you wish) when you get stuck; set yourself weekly goals so you stay on track, and get support from other women who are on the same journey as yourself (and who get how hard it is so don't judge but cheer each other on).
